Our department of Women on Board of Directors and on Top Executive Positions seeks to give highly competent female professionals an opportunity, so that they are able to contribute their skills to workplace diversity and equilibrium, necessary requirements today for any company.
Currently, and not due solely to the pressure of law, there has come about a stronger presence of Women on Boards of Directors, reaching a representation of 8% of IBEX 35 companies. The figure is insignificant and does not speak to the real potential that women have in the working world, but it is a step forward and a model that most ambitious and innovative companies need to encourage.
